Job Description

Sales Executive B2B will support Marketplace for the Business department. The person is responsible for building a relationship with strategic partners, finding and managing various projects and biddings.


  • Find project/business owner or key stakeholders as target set
  • Find, identify, follow up, and monitoring proposal bid
  • Build good coordination and communication with the client to ensure customer loyalty and ensuring client payment is complete
  • Multiple company growth through the strategic alliance
  • Conduct market research to understand market and customer information/needs
  • Proactively create a good working relationship with stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Create sales report

Job Requirements

  • Have proven track record in Business-to-Business Sales Role at least 2 years’ experience
  • Closed a deal at least 1 billion Rupiah
  • Previous experience working with key stakeholders or owners of office or hospitality business
  • Having wide networking, preferably in SAAS business
  • Ambitious, driven and entrepreneurial
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill
  • Excellent negotiation skill
  • Exceptional quantitative skill (analytical critical thinking)
  • Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for company core values at all time
  • Tech savvy, i.e. not using your Grandpa Blackberry
